The Whistleblowing tool helps to identify and combat relevant unlawful conduct in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023 in implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019, to protect shareholders from economic and image damage, to spread the culture of ethics, legality and transparency within the company, and to strengthen the system of internal controls and risk management.
The purpose of the Whistleblowing system is to enable the Company to become aware of situations of risk or damage and to address the reported problem as promptly as possible.
The objectives of the Company through this procedure are therefore:
- ensure transparency and efficiency of the reporting channels applied;
- promptly handle reports made by subjects as defined;
- to ensure the protection of the reporting subjects’ personal data and possibly anonymity should they request it;
- protect reporting subjects from potential and possible retaliatory situations.

EthicPoint is an external service and certified in terms of protecting the confidentiality of the reporter.
Reports will be handled in accordance with the procedure adopted by the Company as described in the documents that can be consulted in the annex.
